Mata Traders

Mata Traders is a company that stands up for their values of combating child labor, fighting gender inequality, and empowering women. They are part of the Fair Trade Federation, ensuring that their standards are well preserved and protected. I love that Mata Traders has a style of clothing item or piece of jewelry for every type of woman. I am very thankful that Mata Traders exists to be a marketplace for women who want to vote for a better world with their dollar, and also for women in Nepal and India seeking a better life for themselves and for their families.

I was able to style the Sabrina Shirt Dress from their 2019 Fall collection in a few different ways!

This first look is for the warmer afternoon where you only need a pair of flats to get around. Mine photographed here are from Kallie & Co, they are a fair trade and cruelty free company (the Marina flats are the shoes pictured). You might even add some nude tights to this outfit if you know there is going to be a cooler temperature.

The second look was paired with some good old JBrand skinny jeans. Blue jeans pair well with the colors of the shirt especially with some black boots. I am wearing Redwing Boots handmade in Redwing, Minnesota. I also have a bag from Mat and Nat, and ethically made vegan leather bag company.

The last look was the most comfortable with my Pact Apparel organic cotton leggings, it adds an aspect to the tunic that makes it good for any fall day. I also paired it with some Nisolo lace up shoes!

This tunic would be excellent for Dressember, the campaign for ending human trafficking by fundraising in a dress everyday of the month of December!
